Findspot record TR 04 SW 11 - Bronze Age palstave, Ashford

Summary

A Bronze Age palstave axe was found near Ashford in 1846, although the exact location of its discovery is uncertain. This artefact measures 16.9cm in length and was given to Merseyside County Museum as part of the Mayer Collection donated to the city in 1867.
