Full Description
Second World War reinforced concrete pillbox [Sector 7]. East of Dumpton. Cassini ref 836843 (1-3)
This square pillbox was mapped in the SE Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment located beside a length of barbed wire (MWX43074). The structure measures approximately 1.7m squared.
The structure was first visible and has been mapped from aerial photographs taken in May 1942 [1]. It has been removed by April 1946 [2].
