A Second World War roadblock constructed on Margate Road, Sarre in mid 1940 to counter the threat of German Invasion. The roadblock was manned by by 198 Infantry Brigade A/TK Company and is recorded in the war diaries of 198 Infantry Brigade – Ref: 165. (2)
