Monument record TQ 76 NW 397 - Wouldham Rectory Quarry tramway
Summary
A tramway ran from Wouldham Rectory chalk quarry to a wharf on the river Medway. It carried chalk which was loaded onto barges. There are traces of a cast iron pipe which was used to pump slurry towards the western end.
