Summary

An evaluation was undertaken on the site prior to it being developed into a three storey apartment block. Six trenches were dug five were 20m x 2m, the last 14.5m x 2m. No features were noted on the site and no features revealed whilst trenching, although a scattering of flints and pottery were found in the west corner of the site.
