Circular feature, with Iron Age/Roman pottery sherds and Roman roof tile fragment. The upper fill conisted almost entirely of orange clay. This overlaid a charcoal-rich fill with slag, which implies that it may have been used for iron-working. (1)

Circular feature, with Iron Age/Roman pottery sherds and Roman roof tile (imbrex) fragment. The upper fill conisted almost entirely of orange clay. This overlaid a charcoal -rich fill with slag, which implies that it may have been used for iron-working. (1)
