Monument record TQ 55 NW 111 - Rectilinear and circular magnetometry anomalies in Sevenoaks Quarry
Summary
In 2006 a magnetometry survey discovered a number of rectilinear and circular anomalies at the site of a proposed extension to Sevenoaks Quarry. The anomalies were generally aligned north-west - south-east in this part of the site (cluster 'D'). Several are believed to be late prehistoric round houses.
