Full Description
Second World War reinforced concrete rectangular pillbox, with internal dimensions of 7ft x 8ft, with walls 42ins thick. Teston Bridge.
Location: By driveway, 100 M from entrance gate to Tutsham Hall, West of West Farleigh village.
Description: Concrete construction, square construction on concrete plinth, concrete steps to entrance at rear, sloping roof, chamfered corners with entrance and three embrasures, all open. Overall good condition interior and exterior. Field of fire: 127 degrees ESE (2)
Rectangular pillbox, with internal dimensions of 7ft x 8ft, with walls 42ins thick. In the front wall is a large stepped embrasure 5ft across on the outside. With a blast wall with an embrasure. Raised on high raft. Teston Bridge. (2)
