Second World War air raid shelter for 35 people in a space in front of the Town Hall in Council Avenue, Northfleet. Its form is unknown but may have been a surface shelter. This was built by September, 1941 and would have been decommissioned by the end of the Second World War in Europe, to be demolished by no later than 1946.
