Second World War Emergency Feeding Centre for bomb-displaced people. It was established, probably in 1940, at the Wrotham Road School, Gravesend. This involved adaptation of the premises but what form this took is unknown. The school would have been supplied with cooking equipment, plates and utensils. The Emergency Feeding Centre would have been decommissioned at the end of the Second World War in Europe in 1945. The school survives.
