Full Description
Second World War Police war emergency telephone box on the pavement on the west side of Lennox Road, near the road bridge over the Gravesend-London railway line. It was probably erected in 1939, and integrated into the civil defence reporting chain. Its form is not known but would have been a standard type. It would have been decommissioned by the end of the Second World War in Europe in 1945 and removed by 1946.
