Second World War public air raid shelter for 50 people on the north-west angle of a junction with the west side of Stonebridge Road and an unnamed road on an east-west alignment. Its form is not clearly known but there are recollections of it having been of rectangular plan, in three joined sections. It is described in council minutes as being of a BCF1 type. It probably originated in 1940, to be decommissioned by the end of the Second World War in Europe in 1945. Demolition is likely to have taken place by 1946.
