Full Description
Second World War public air raid shelter for 54 people on the western sde of Wood Street, Northfleet. It was a surface type and was probably of rectangular brick form with a flat concrete roof. It appears to have encroached upon the street itself. Probably originating in 1940, it would have been decommissioned by the end of the Second World War in Europe in 1945 and demolished in 1946.
