Second World War Firewatchers Headquarters, occupying the Druid Arms at 17 Lord Street, Gravesend. This was a coordinating point for a local grouping of firewatchers. It originated in 1942 and would have been decommissioned by no later than 1945. The public house was demolished c. 1968, the Lord Street multi-storey car park being built on the site in 1972.
