Summary

Second World War emergency water tank established in 1940 at Huggens College, Northfleet to supplement the mains supply in the event of extra water being required to put out any fires started by an air raid. The exact location of the tank within the college property is not known, nor its capacity. It is likely to have continued in use until 1945 and to have been removed by 1946. There are no traces.
