Summary
Second World War Home Guard (Local Defence Volunteers) Headquarters for a company sized unit, established in 1940 at the Barn at Parrock Manor, Gravesend. This was probably positioned for the defence of the adjacent Echo Square junction of roads. The Barn is thought to have been a temporary location. No description of the premises has survived. The Barn was demolished in 1952.
