Cold War rest centre at Shears Green School, Packham Road, Northfleet, Kent. It was designated for a time in the 1960s and included a pre-positioned food store. This was for people who might be made homeless from the results of an air attack. The parts of the school to be used are not known but may have included all of the premises.
