Good condition type 24 pillbox. Forming part of Hoo stop line (GHQ line) anti invasion defences 1940.
A Concrete World War II pillbox, located on woodland at the edge of north boundary of Berry Court Wood, Hoo St. Werburgh. The type 24 pillbox faces north and is a roofed narrow wall version with brick skin. It was visited during 1995 and 2014.
