Summary from record TQ 77 SE 110: A concrete, type 24, World War II Pillbox at the north west corner of Wybornes Wood, High Halstow. The pillbox is a 'Narrow wall version with a brick skin'. It was part of the defences of the Lodge Hill Magazine.
