Building record TR 15 NE 906 - Second World War Civil Defence warden’s post at Inchicore, New Dover Road, Canterbury
Summary
There was a Second World War Civil Defence warden’s post at ‘Inchicore’ on the New Dover Road. Use was made of a room in the house and a garden shelter. In mid to late April 1941 the wardens seem to have abandoned this shelter for one in the garden of the neighboring ‘Northrepps’. This post was made redundant around April 1943.
