Monument record TQ 73 NE 312 - Pond in Old Park Wood, Goudhurst
Summary
A woodland survey carried out by the Friends of Old Park Wood in 2009 recorded a number of archaeological features. Among these were two ponds (for watering stock?) surrounded by banks. The northern pond is fed by a spring. Both are of probable post-medieval date.
