Summary
A cottage and garden existed on this site south of the chalk pit on Cave Lane, Goodnestone to the east of Clay Pitts Farm. It was described as a tenement and gardens occupied by William Daniel in 1757, was mapped in 1801 but had been demolished by 1876.
