Full Description
"In the middle of Linsore Wood there were (in the reign of Charles 1, 1625-49) the foundations of a chapel, called Sir Thomas Garwinton's Chapel". (The name Linsore appears on OS 1:10000, 1971 at TR 1648 and 1649). (1)
