Marks are visible in a Google Earth image of 2007 on the Upchurch River Valley Golf Centre course. They appear to show several possible walls of a rectangular structure.
Given the form and the proximity of imprecisely recorded 19th century discoveries of Roman material, including a 'pavement' (see TQ 86 NW 35), it is possibly a Roman villa site.
