Full Description
Administrative building significant for its associations with Oakwood Hospital (built 1833 by John Whichcord). A well proportioned two storey double pile building in ragstone ashlar. Regular fenestration of 6-over-6 timber framed sash windows in plain surrounds, those to ground floor are tripartite with 2-over-2 margin lights. Inset, half-glazed timber door with rectangular fanlight. Hipped slate roof has deep eaves. Cemented, offset chimney stack. (1)
