Full Description

(TR 15135822, sited from OS 1:2500 and plan (1)). A Roman occupation site at 68 Northgate Street, revealed by excavation in 1973. Pottery c80AD, gravel metalling, probably the remains of the Roman road to Thanet. (1-3)
