Summary

St Alphege's Church. Grade II* listed building. Main construction periods 1300 to 1830 Parish church constructed by 1200 with 14th and 15th century additions. A restoration took place in 1887-88. It is constructed of flint and stone with a tile roof. The church became redundant in 1982.
