Full Description
[TR 13325801] Neolithic and Bronze Age flint flakes, pot boilers, barbed flint arrowheads, scrapers and cores, found in garden at rear of The Cottage, Summer Hill, Harbledown, on a spread of gravel 12 inches to 18 inches below surface. Also Roman coins and pottery, and Belgic sherds. The collection, in possession of the finder, Mr. Norris, was seen by Jenkins on 18.11.53. (1) [TR 13325801] Neolithic, Bronze Age and Roman Remains found (NAT). (2) Siting confirmed. No further finds have been made and the collection was not available for inspection. (3)
