Monument record TR 15 SE 3 - Site of a Saxon Barrow, near Bishopsbourne

Summary

Site of a probable barrow. It is 17.5m in diameter and 0.5m in height, probably the result of plough damage. Its location on a hill slope well below the crest suggests it may be Saxon rather than Bronze Age in origin.
