Full Description

On exhibition in Herne Bay Museum is a palstave found about 40 years ago while a gate post was being erected at the junction of Reculver Road and Sea View Road, Beltinge, Herne Bay, at TR 19446793. It is heavily corroded and five and a half inches long and two and a half inches across the cutting edge. (In the Dr. A. Bowes Collection) No further details are known about the findspot (1).
