Summary

Possible Saxon inhumation, 1 grave recorded and a flint implement were found in 1940 during excavations for an air raid shelter at Toll Bar Cottage, Eynsford. The site lies at the base of a south facing slope, on the valley bottom,north of a bend in the River Datrent. OD 40m.
