Findspot record TR 23 NW 8 - Roman pottery found near Castle Hill, Folkestone

Summary

Fragments of two large Samian vessels and smaller vessels, together with black ware were found while digging a narrow trench at the foot of Caesar's Camp, Folkestone. No further information on this find, which sounds like a burial group, was gained at Folkestone Museum
