Full Description
TQ 530682. A substantial medieval enclosure was revealed in 1974 by rescue work ahead of motorway construction on the western fringe of the parish of Farningham. East-west ditches crossed the line of the motorway and contained small amounts of domestic rubbish including pottery of the 13th century date. No trace of related structures was found. (1)
