Monument record TR 24 SW 3 - A Bowl Barrow
Summary
One of two large bowl barrows lying on either side of the Canterbury road at Swingfield Minnis, on level ground at a height of 480ft OD. This barrow [TR 21324245] lies in the corner of a field, under grass, and is partly mutilated by a private garden. It has been much reduced by ploughing and measures about 28.0m in diameter and 0.9m in height. There is no visible ditch.
