Monument record TR 25 NW 80 - Linear cropmark/cropmark
Summary
A series of earthworks/cropmarks that lie on the site of Bekesbourne airfield. It is possible that some may relate to the airfield but this can only be based on conjecture as the complexity of the earthworks, and their extension across the 19th century railway line, away from the airfield site, suggest that they may be of a considerably earlier date.
