Full Description
Four Anglo-Saxon inhumations identified on Barham Downs in 1966. Three barrows, 2 with pennanular ditches were also excavated. These may be am outlier of the cemetery TR25SW14.(1)
Four early medieval graves were found in 1968, Two of the inhumations contained grave goods, in one a knife, the other 2 copper alloy mounts and 4 knives.
The site lies on the brow of a slight spur of a south-west facing slope. OD 95-100. 1km to the south of the 'Barham A' site (TR 25 SW 43).
