Monument record TR 26 NE 59 - Ring ditch cropmark, Monkton
Summary
A small ring ditch located in fields to the north east of Monkton. This was identified in aerial photgraphs taken in 1985 and has beenvmapped from NMR 4138/1 18-JUL-1988 as part of themapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. The ditch is most likely Anglo-Saxon in date due to its location in close proximity to the nearby cemetery.
