Findspot record TR 26 NE 101 - Medieval pottery and a bronze stud, Monkton Court Farm
Summary
Sherds of medieval pottery were found at Monkton Court Farm during the construction of a gas pipeline in 1982. The sherds were made of Tyler Hill fabric and were found with the head of a bronze stud. This find was pierced and decorated with an engraved leaf pattern. The finds were reported in Archaeologia Cantiana Volume CI (1984). It is not known where they are now located.
