Full Description
TR 285658. Cropmark of circular enclosure. Cropmark show a circular ditched enclosure with causeway entrance c35m diameter. There are 4 internal features visible. They include a central pit, small circularditch with internal feature within the entrance causeway and a rectangular feature on the opposite side of the enclosure form the causeway, near which the ditch was cut by a large pit. This could be a late Neolithic henge or a very complex site based upon an early IronAge farmstead. There is a circular ditched enclosure (ploughed off round barrow?) about 10m to the east. (1)
