Full Description

A fragment of a Neolithic bowl, with a hole pierced below the rim, was found during the laying of a water main (later removed) across fields for a proposed housing scheme between Hawkshill Road and Kingsdown, in 1911. It is on display in Deal Castle Museum. The site, under grass, is centred at approx TR 377494 (b). (1)
