Full Description
TR 35654321. A mesolithic adze was found on the surface on high ground, some 200 metres from the cliff edge, near the South Foreland Lighthouse, St Margaret's at Cliffe. The implement is complete and ismainly triangular in the centre cross-section but becoming asymetrically ovoid towards the ends. Weight 223.50 grams. (See illustration card). (1)
