Vessel structure:
Lies in position 51°29.15N, 001°16.44E at a depth of 15.3m in a general depth of 18m.
Sonar dimensions: 35 x 8m. Orientation: 80°. Scour depth 5.3m, scour length 10m.
'Upright, intact, scour all around.'
Documentary evidence:
'Passage Rochester for Totnes. Sank following collision in fog with MV WALSTREAM.'

spritsail barge before she was engined. As they were both part of the same fleet, it is conjectured that the FRED
EVERARD also started life as a spritsail barge, even though this is not explicitly stated in the sources.
