Full Description
A double-ditched rectilinear feature and a possible trackway visible as cropmarks in the 1990 aerial photos, to the east of Stodmarsh.
The rectilinear feature measures 115m x 25m internally, with the south end being curverd. A second ditch runs parallel to it all the way round, with the gap being 4m on the north end and 5m on the other sides. There appears to be another linear feature 20m to the east, which runs parallel to the long side of the structure, with hints of perpendicular linear features connecting the two. There is also a possibility of acurving segment of trackway to the west, with parallel curvilinear ditches 9m apart.
