Full Description
In 2004 the Trust for Thanet Archaeology carried out an evaluation on this site. No archaeological features were located but flints of Middle to Late Bronze Age date were recovered, as were sherds of Late Bronze Age to Late Iron Age date. All of these finds are thought to be redeposited due to hillwash resulting from agricultural activity in the area.
There were 11 flints, including an end scraper, 5 flakes and 5 retouched flakes. (1)
