Full Description
In 2005 the Swale and Thames Archaeological Survey Company carried out an evaluation on this site. No archaeological features were observed but a small collection of flints was made. This consisted of 19 flakes, most showing signs of considerable wear and breakage, suggesting the assemblage had been damaged during later agricultural activity in the area. There were no strongly diagnostic pieces in the collection but it is thought to date to the Later Neolithic/Early Bronze Age period. (1)
