Full Description
Kensham Green Farm, Rolvenden. Built sometime before 1779, when it is noted on an estate map. Demolished in 1958.
In 1779 consisted of a rectangular building, with a barn to the north. By 1839 there were additionally two small ancially structures. The 1876 1st Ed OS shows an additional range had been added to the front of the house, and additions made to the barn and ancilliary structures. It was demolished in 1958 leaving the brick footings of the farmhouse and of two wells. The footings form an L-shape covering an area of 9.8m N-S x 15.1m E-W.
