An enclosure of Medieval date was visible as earthworks in RAF/HLA/564 V 6012 01-JUN-1942 and RAF/HLA/407 V 78 28-FEB-1942. The feature is later visible as a levelled earthwork on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021.
