Full Description
In 1990 an assessment involving field walking was undertaken prior to construction of the Thanet Way. Several Roman tile fragments were found north of Strode Farm. It might perhaps suggest an occupation site in the vicinity. Other finds of Roman tile and pottery have been found nearby. (1)
