Full Description
A possible moated site is reported within North Bishopsden Wood. Enclosures are shown in this area on the 1st edition 25" Ordnance Survey mapping. In 1998 two trenches were cut across the ditches. No record of any finds is known. The identification of this site as a medieval moated site is unconfirmed. (1)
