Full Description
In 2010 the route of the Ashford Southern Ring Main was investigated by Kent Archaeological Projects. In Area 5c, following the stripping of the topsoil, a Palaeolithic ovate handaxe and a flint artefact (possibly a retouched flake-tool) of uncertain date were found (1)
